About the Role
As our new Talent Acquisition Lead for Healthcare Strategy, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activity for our Serco AsPac healthcare contracts in addition to providing support with health-related growth and bid management. You will play a critical role in the success of our organisation by managing the strategic recruitment and hiring process for our internal customers.
You will deliver a high level of customer excellence, while also improving our existing recruitment and hiring processes to attract top health talent and improve the candidate experience. You will provide innovative, proactive, and leading-edge recruitment through targeted souring channels to build candidate pipeline and to ensure Serco is positioned as a healthcare employer of choice.
About You
You’re a proven healthcare recruitment leader passionate about improving health outcomes and cost efficiencies through clinical workforce and facilities management solutions. Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our company values and culture, align to the target markets, and attract top talent to our organisation.
Your exceptional communication and organisational skills will see you quickly grasp business requirements and prioritise strategic recruitment activity. With a strong work ethic, you will be driven and motivated to deliver best practice recruitment solutions to meet business objectives.
To be successful, you will also be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience leading healthcare recruitment strategy and delivery, either in-house or agency, preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and developing high performing Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experience developing and aligning integrated Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies across a complex and diverse environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, methodologies and practices that attract top talent.
- Experience in managing alliances, partnerships and relationships with recruitment partners including setting and monitoring service levels and effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Practical experience with Employment Value Proposition design, development and implementation preferred.
- Understanding of strategic sourcing levers including employer branding, diversity, internal mobility, workforce planning, and talent insights.
- Prior experience using SuccessFactors and/ or LiveHire would be desirable.
