Talent Acquisition Lead - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time

Our people are our greatest asset to deliver on our strategy and help bring confidence to all of life’s property decisions.There is a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead, to take ownership of the design and delivery of our talent attraction strategy and execution in an exciting transformation of our talent operating model.

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Organisational Development you will lead the Talent Acquisition team as well guide the outcomes of a newly shaped vendor partnership.

This will see you:

Translate the strategic workforce plans into a consistent and scalable group wide Talent Acquisition strategy to enable your team’s pipelines and access to talent

Support the best practice sourcing and end to end recruitment through an augmented provider for Domain’s Technology, Product and Data roles

Leverage data and analytics in a scalable manner to optimise recruitment workflows and inform hiring decisions around the key capabilities of candidates internally and externally

Ensuring continuous optimisation of Talent Acquisition systems and processes to enable best practice leader and candidate experience and produce meaningful talent insights for Domain Group

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will

Have worked in a variety of Talent Acquisition Operating Models and have an understanding of what good looks like and how lead teams to deliver excellence to our stakeholders

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in implementing strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives that drive organisational outcomes

Proficiency in data analysis for leveraging recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness and performance of Talent Acquisition strategies

Experience creating deep alignment with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

Previous experience supporting a Technology, Product and Data portfolios will be beneficial
