THE CLIENT
Our client is a high end retail brand with multiple stores across Australia. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to head up a small team of 2 and evolve the recruitment function to ensure the business is attracting and retaining the best talent.
THE ROLE
This is an opportunity to own the recruitment function, developing recruitment strategies and focussing on process improvements to take the candidate experience to the next level. The role will manage a team of 2 but will still be very hands-on and running end-to-end recruitment processes, with a particular focus on the stores. Meeting with Senior leaders on a weekly basis, you will work through business priorities and start to find efficiencies across the recruitment process. As process improvements start to have an impact, you will focus on developing recruitment strategies to attract and place the best talent, pro-actively building talent networks and making sure the recruitment platforms are utilised to their full capacity.
The role is based in the North Ryde corporate office 5 days a week with onsite parking provided.
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in a similar role within a fast-paced retail environment and are interested in continuing your career in an internal Talent Acquisition role. You will have previously managed a team and will be happy to roll up your sleeves running your own end-to-end recruitment, whilst identifying opportunities for process improvements. You'll be someone who remains open and positive in times of change, working collaboratively with the team to problem solve and achieve great recruitment outcomes.
