The Healthscope TA function is currently on the exciting and rewarding rollout of a centralised recruitment process to our 39 hospitals. This is happening in a phased approach with a focus on listening to the business as we roll out to continuously improve. This role is based in the TA team but will be focused on supporting Knox Private Hospital with an opportunity for you to deeply partner with the hiring managers on site to fill their vacancies.
What this role will offer you?
A mix of working from home (2 days a week) and our office on St Kilda Road (2 days a week) as one day at Knox Private hospital to embed your support and gain deeper insight to hospital employee value proposition and challenges faced.
Opportunity to drive the sourcing plan for Knox Private and contribute to overarching proactive sourcing plan.

What are we looking for?
Recruitment experience in a volume or fluid environment (minimum 2 years’ experience)
Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation.
A strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience to Hiring managers and candidates alike.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and cope with competing priorities.
Ability to build networks with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a clinical background (desirable)
