We have an incredible opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join MECCA’S Support Centre Talent Acquisition team!

The Role You Could Play:
Partnering closely with various leaders across MECCA’S support Centre, day to day you will work closely with Hiring Managers to provide the best possible recruitment experience, from conducting briefings, designing sourcing strategies, assessing and interviewing candidates through to the successful onboarding of new starters!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver recruitment, sourcing and selection plans that ensure the right talent is identified and hired for each available position.
- Set the standard for internal stakeholder management and customer service, demonstrating understanding of the unique pressures and needs of hiring managers and ensure these are recognized and accommodated.
- Conducting employment screening and testing aides to support talent identification and selection.
- Conduct interviews with Hiring Managers to assess each candidates suitability for the position available as well as suitability for the MECCA Brands culture.
- Ensure hiring managers are competent in, and complete talent identification and selection practices in line with company standards.
- Utilize different attraction methods and proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, networking and driving referrals etc.)
What You Will Bring:
Our newest Talent Acquisition Partner will ideally have prior end to end recruitment experience in various specialization areas of corporate business support, preferably within the retail industry.
2024 will be a BIG year for Talent Acquisition at MECCA, with various projects in the pipeline for the business and our team to create best in class recruitment processes and experiences, so if you are passionate about continuous improvement, developing UNIQUE talent attraction strategies and have a keen interest in supporting broader projects, then we absolutely want to hear from you!
We are also looking for:
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment portfolios of high volumes, supporting business support functions.
- Excellent stakeholder partnering skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
- Solid understanding of recruitment tools and systems and demonstrated utilization of sourcing platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work flexibly and adaptively within a fast paced and dynamic environment
