Permanent opportunity for an experienced corporate recruiter within top tier mining contractor.
Our client is a top tier mining contractor based in Perth's Eastern suburbs.
Restructure within the team has created the opportunity for an experienced corporate recruiter who is either looking to expand their career within internal recruitment, or would be making the first transition from external to internal.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment all corporate-based positions within their Head Office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building effective working relationships with Hiring Managers
- Developing position descriptions and raising requisitions to hire
- Utilising all relevant sourcing strategies for candidate attraction
- Prescreening and shortlisting
- Interviewing and supporting hiring managers where required with coaching and development
- Management of the offer stage
- Supporting the transactional management for all sponsorship visas
To succeed in your application, you will be an experienced corporate recruiter with expertise across all functions of a business. You will be process driven, proactive in your ability to source and applicant pipelining, an exceptional communicator who collaborate effectively with both your internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate your conversion rates, and report on KPIs where required. You will enjoy working in an inclusive team environment where it is essential for everyone to work cohesively.
