We deliver secure electricity to homes and businesses throughout the Southwest Interconnected System (SWIS) from Coral Bay in the north, to Kalgoorlie in the east, and to Esperance in the southClick to discover more about how Western Australia’s energy landscape is evolving to become more sustainable.Role Summary:The Talent Acquisition Partner is an exciting opportunity in our Talent Acquisition team based at our Perth CBD office.The purpose of the role is to partner with the business to provide comprehensive end to end recruitment services that ensures the employee experience is the key driver.Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supporting the recruitment process throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice whilst delivering a premium service focused on outcomes.
  • Building sustainable and relevant talent pipelines to meet future workforce demands.
  • Providing mentoring, coaching and advice to key stakeholders regarding best Talent Acquisition practice and methodologies.
  • Advise on best practice recruitment processes and methodologies used in the sourcing and selection of high-quality candidates.
What you’ll bring:
  • Significant in-house or agency experience in a fast-paced recruitment/Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience developing and implementing a variety of sourcing and attraction strategies to assess key talent.
  • Passive candidate search and engagement skills along with success in utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source talent.
  • Experience in building brand awareness, creating talent communities and establishing new ways to market to active and passive candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building.
