This is a true partnership role and will work with our business leaders to attract and source exceptional candidates and build talent pipelines for our future requirements.
This position is being offered as a full time, max term contract until July 2025, based at our West Perth office. What will you be doing? Find the best talent

About You Demonstrated experience working in an internal Talent Acquisition function with a focus on white collar/professional roles – including but not limited to legal, accounting, finance, marketing, project delivery Significant experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple streams/role disciplines Proven ability to work within in a complex business environment with inter-dependencies and varying stakeholder needs A natural ability to build rapport, consult and influence as required Strong problem-solving capability Strong stakeholder management experience – with the ability to influence and support leaders with keys hiring decisions Experience using sourcing tools and building talent pools of key roles Strong understanding of best practice 'end to end' recruitment principles A positive, motivated, collaborative, and flexible approach.
