What you’ll be doing:
The objective of the Talent Acquisition Partner (Volume) role is to deliver our frontline recruitment for positions including Cabin Crew, Guest Services and Pit Crew. You will be working within a busy and supportive team that delivers a great candidate experience whilst meeting our operational staffing needs. This will be a 12-month Max Term contract.
This role includes:
- Managing end to end recruitment activities for a high volume of candidates. This includes screening applications, assessing video interviews and booking candidates into assessment centres.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on recruitment needs
- Developing innovative techniques in sourcing and attracting quality candidates
- Facilitating interviews and assessment centres around the country
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Previous experience with high volume recruitment in a deadline driven environment
- Experience in the facilitation and presentation in front of groups
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain successful relationships at all levels across the organisation
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Comfortable with interstate travel monthly
