Due to upcoming parental leave for one of our team; we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial recruiter to join our Pacific Talent Acquisition team and support our leaders to bring the best talent in the market to CBRE.

- The acquisition of top talent; you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio and will strive to find the best talent in the market.
- Diverse hiring strategies; incorporate market-leading strategies into the recruitment process to ensure our hiring practises are as diverse as our business, our people and our clients.
- Business partnering; build rewarding relationships with the business, understanding the strategic needs and objectives and add value to your stakeholders through advice on best practice, market knowledge, training and sharing insights.
- Candidate experience; as an enthusiastic ambassador for CBRE, you’ll ensure all candidates have a positive experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process.
- Data driven results; influence stakeholders to make the best hiring decisions with the backing of data and analytics.
About you:
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment role with a track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets.
- You are relationship driven and know how to influence hiring outcomes.
- The key to your success is your outstanding communication skills and genuine interest in people.
- You are organised and can independently manage a portfolio of roles, whilst collaborating with our thriving team on projects and joint ventures.
