As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will spearhead the entire end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment of talent with the industry-specific skills and company culture. Directly reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce strategy during this exciting phase of expansion.
Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3+ years of recruitment experience and be confident in talent selection processes. You will have great initiative and organizational capabilities working within a face-paced environment. You possess an in-depth knowledge of employment law and have experience within a blue-collar workforce. An ideal candidate would be looking to advance their career in the field of HR.
