The Opportunity
This position will see you partner with varied departments across multiple sites where you will proactively develop strategies to acquire top talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and be involved in working with our broader People & Culture team on other initiatives and projects.
You will be involved in:
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and recruitment requirements.
Recruitment Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement strategic recruitment solutions that align with our goals and talent needs
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, ensuring a rich candidate pipeline for various roles across multiple functions and regions.
Screening and Selection: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews, leveraging behavioural-based interviewing methodologies. Facilitate debrief sessions with interview teams to select finalists.
Offer Management: Extend verbal offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Onboarding: Complete the onboarding process including assisting the manager with induction plans to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organisation.
Recruitment Analytics: Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to inform strategies and improve recruiter effectiveness.
Project Management: Lead and participate in projects that improve overall recruitment efforts, such as employer branding initiatives and recruitment tool enhancements.
What we are looking for:
- Broad experience in recruitment, looking after complex and difficult to find roles as well as higher volume, fast turnaround recruitment.
- Proven experience in managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for building relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple role types in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
- Legal or Technology experience a plus
