People & Development is responsible for delivering people initiatives that are aligned with business strategy. The team delivers initiatives, advice and services that support Senior Executives, managers and employees during their careers with ASIC.
The role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the Talent Acquisition process for a wide range of roles. This will include developing the recruitment strategy, attracting and sourcing candidates, managing the selection and job offer process and project-managing high volume recruitment campaigns. You will need to manage internal relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders and provide a high level of candidate care.
About you
We are looking for someone with Extensive experience working in recruitment environments, ideally with deep experience recruiting for roles in IT, data and digital teams.
You will need the ability to understand stakeholder needs, provide solutions and execute service-oriented strategies, along with strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
A strong knowledge of current TA market insights, trends and technology and a track record of delivering continuous improvement/innovation and best practice through successful project management of TA initiatives are essential.
