Job description

  • Lead the Enablement & Speciality Home Claims Partner Teams.
  • Build and shape new teams and functions for Home Claims.
  • Develop a culture of high performance, accountability and customer obsession.
  • Brisbane, Toowoomba, Newcastle, Sydney or Melbourne location.
Your Purpose
The primary purpose of the role is to manage the relationship with onshore and offshore partners and is accountable for Partner Performance and service delivery standards. This role identifies, designs and implements future partnering opportunities to unlock value for our business and customers outcomes.
What you'll do
  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any concerns.
  • Operational relationship management with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Accountable for BAU operations and performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Ensure quality and compliance standards are upheld, accountable for initiative rollouts.
  • Oversee BAU and project governance, including contracts and risk artefacts (MA, IRAT,PIA, BCP, RADM etc.)
  • Validation of monthly invoice payments and raising requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Arrange travel for BAU activities and support the development of Partnering Advisors.
  • Represent the team in various business forums, providing insights and updates.
  • Lead projects and initiatives, working closely with the Partnering Manager.
  • Conduct scope and FTE analysis, oversee WFM activities, and manage SOAP writing.
  • Coordinate pre/post diagnostics activities, develop NDA's and communications plans.
  • Create timelines for project rollouts and ensure project-related governance compliance.
  • Manage technology resources and bandwidth, including VPN and telephony.
  • Provide regular project updates and communications to stakeholders.
  • Conduct Project PIRs to assess success and track benefits.
  • Develop and maintain competency frameworks.
  • Arrange travel for project-related activities and support Project PIRs as needed.
What you'll need to bring
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in people leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working across various areas of Home claims partnered work.
  • Proven experience in working with partners'.
  • Experience in leading/rolling out projects.
  • Home Claims process knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of the Insurance Industry principles and regulations.
