Your New Leadership Role
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a full-time Lead Recruitment Marketing Specialist at our global headquarters in Milton, Brisbane.
As a pivotal leader reporting to the Global Lead, you will not only create and execute strategic marketing campaigns but also guide and inspire your team to achieve excellence. Your role is unique - it blends hands-on campaign management with inspiring Team Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of specialists in customising and managing Talent Acquisition marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our clients' unique recruitment goals
- Strategic Oversight: Analyze market trends to provide insights on industry competitiveness and labor market sentiment, steering the team towards effective strategies
- Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of branded talent landing pages, ensuring they resonate with our clients' brand identity and recruitment objectives
- Campaign Excellence: Lead the execution of both active and passive candidate attraction strategies, leveraging various digital platforms for maximum impact
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients, offering strategic solutions to attract high-quality applicants
- Budget and Schedule Management: Ensure efficient management of campaign schedules and advertising budgets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Software, and Talent Engagement teams to guarantee the success of each campaign
About You
Scout Talent's Recruitment Marketing team is leading the way in the evolution of recruitment in today's digital age! We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in Recruitment Marketing.
Your valuable qualities/skills should include:
- Robust Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability in leading teams, with a focus on recruitment and HR solutions
- Expertise in Recruitment and HR: Deep understanding of recruitment and HR best practises
- Creative and Technical Skills: Proficiency in copywriting, graphic design, digital headhunting (e.g., Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), HTML & CSS, SEO, email marketing, etc.
- Research and Analytics: Strong capabilities in market research and data analytics geared toward Talent Acquisition
- Educational Background: Tertiary education in a relevant field is preferred.
Above all, you should bring attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and a collaborative, solutions-forward approach.
