A bit about the role...
Due to internal promotion this relationship and culture driving role is now open to the market! Providing consultative support and guidance to deliver complete end-to-end recruitment solutions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with key internal stakeholders, to recruit talented individuals into roles within The BUSY Group entities.
This role focuses on the quality and customer service to stakeholders without the pressures of KPI’s. The role will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and review, prepare and post job adverts, screen suitable applicants, schedule candidate interviews, reporting on vacancies and candidate progression will be a focus of the role.
The role is supported by our People and Culture team and will work with the People and Culture Business Partners on projects to improve the employee experience and increase organisational capability.
This position is permanent full time based from our Southport office.

A bit about you…
- Formal HR qualification and/or minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience working within internal recruitment
- Excellent talent pipelining skills, and the ability to think outside the box
- Previous experience working in a HR role
- Previous experience using HRIS; ELMO
- Strong communication and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain a police check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card.
