Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will play a crucial role in enhancing our conversion rates from candidate enquiry to active job placement. This role involves managing initial contact, follow-up, documentation, job matching, interview coordination, job ad creation, and maintaining candidate statuses in our CRM system, Bullhorn. Additionally, the Specialist will handle data management for candidates and clients, ensuring all client emails are active and opted-in to our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Contact and Follow-Up: Monitor incoming enquiries from various sources, ensure accurate data entry, follow up with non-respondents, and pre-qualify leads.
- Documentation and Profile Management: Collect necessary documents from candidates, maintain accurate candidate profiles, and chase references and onboarding documents.
- Job Matching and Presentation: Assist in matching qualified candidates to suitable job openings, schedule interviews, and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Job Ad Creation and Publishing: Create and publish job ads on our website and job boards.
- Talent Pool Management: Maintain and update a talent pool database, schedule regular check-ins with passive candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Bullhorn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
