Working across our three Australian resorts, this role offers the flexibility to be based onsite at one of our beautiful resorts or to work remotely if preferred. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this key role will coordinate the recruitment operations and strategies for recruitment across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham to ensure the appropriate quality and quantity of candidates are secured to fill vacant roles.
In a typical day in this role, you might:
- Undertake recruitment activities to ensure that the appropriate level of candidates are secured to fill all seasonal roles
- Liaise with candidates and hiring managers, monitor recruitment numbers, conduct interviews, review applications and produce contracts
- Assist with the distribution and processing onboarding and offboarding forms and activities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including responding to enquiries within a timely manner
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A high level of computer literacy and attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience within a Human Resources or administration environment is desirable
- Previous experience in the Snowsports Industry will be highly regarded
