About the opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in C4i Solutions, you will play a pivotal role is attracting and employing talent, contributing to our growth aspirations. You will provide timely advice and Talent acquisition services to our candidates and clients, as well to our management team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute against the C4i Solutions recruitment objectives and FY targets.
  • React quickly to client and candidate requirements and manage C4i Solutions submissions and proposals.
  • Identify and assess business opportunities and react promptly.
  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end recruitment activities from requirements definition to execution of employment contract, including advertising, phone screening, conducting interviews, background screening (AS-4811).
  • Manage all aspects of the candidate lifecycle within the ATS, including candidate communications, document management and workflows.
  • Utilise social media to promote C4i Solutions, advertise opportunity, and attract prospective candidates.
  • Develop relevant sourcing strategies to identify talent within C4i Solutions strategic sectors.
  • Create talent pools for current and future C4i Solutions talent, utilizing the ATS and social media tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Prioritise candidates ensuring a candidate first experience.
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems.
  • Adopt and optimized and digitized approach wherever possible.
  • Champion the C4i Solutions brand and employee value proposition.

Other duties:

  • Support the Manager Talent and Culture and Managing Director as required.
  • Support the Managing Director as required.

Your attributes:

  • Multi-tasking, and able to prioritise.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Self-starter who takes the initiative with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of communication both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work either individually or as part of a broader team.
  • An Australian Citizen with a current or recently inactive AGSVA clearance.

Your Experience:

  • Previous recruitment experience within a Defence environment (highly regarded).
  • Experience with high volume processing (desired).

Your Education:

  • Diploma or cert level (desired) however relevant experience also acceptable.

  • Due to the nature of our work, An Australian Citizen with a current or recently inactive AGSVA clearance is preferred.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Able to show initiative and adaptable to client requirements.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Able to manage conflict.
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of communication both written and verbal.
