We are growing and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team. You will be responsible for contributing to the overall talent management strategy by partnering with our wonderful hiring managers, working closely with the Workforce Team and reporting to the Talent Manager. This role is part of a new structure and supports the end-to-end recruitment process and will be responsible for a range of roles across our Residential Aged Care Homes.

About the role
Consult with Hiring Managers and Operations to identify recruitment needs, partnering closely with our Workforce team;
Optimising strategic sourcing channels & building networks & pipelines to ensure quality of hire and align to purpose and cultural alignment;
Responsible for 360 recruitment process with a specific focus on retention;
Organising & participating in group & individual recruitment activities;
Coordinate visa & immigration processes for employees requiring visa;
Collect & maintain appropriate compliance documentation for potential employees;
Preparing and providing accurate contracts and letters;
Managing the onboarding process; and
Monitor SLA's & weekly dashboard metrics to assess quality of hires/retention rates & identifying future talent.
Your Experience
At least 3+ years recruitment experience;
Experience managing bulk recruitment activities;
Exceptional communication skills;
Strong computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and strategic sourcing methodologies;
Attention to detail;
Ability to partner and build strong relationships across the network;
Ability to influence & educate hiring managers;
Solutions focused self-starter - excellent problem-solving skills; and
Flexibility to work in various locations.
