About You- Proven and successful experience as a Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or external function
- Previous recruitment marketing experience within a large or complex organisation
- Experience writing, creating and curating content
- Strong experience in successful partnering and influencing at all levels
- Expert knowledge and success using social channels, job boards and contemporary sourcing techniques
- Experience building an engaged talent pipeline
- Exceptional ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping strategies
