Talent Acquisition Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our passionate and dynamic People Experience (PX) team.

This role will be responsible for sourcing the best talent for our retail teams, driving the end-to-end recruitment process, developing process-improvement strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the recruitment process through our ATS, ensuring data is kept up-to-date and relevant.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process including shortlisting, phone interviewing, scheduling interviews, reference checks & offer stage.
• Assist in the development of process-improvement strategies to optimise the talent sourcing process.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure we have strong talent pools.
• Create engaging and high-quality job advertisements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and provide advice on recruitment processes, market insights and talent initiatives.
• Explore proactive sourcing strategies to locate and attract the best talent for the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3 years’ experience working in an in-house recruitment function
• Demonstrated experience in process-improvement strategies
• Experience in volume recruitment and utilisation of proactive sourcing strategies
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
