Salary: $80,000 plus super + Commission
A Day In The Life at BROOK
Reporting to the Business Manager, manage the end to end recruitment cycle and support candidates in securing new roles. Develop relationships with existing and prospect clients. Through the combination of Talent Acquisition and business development, continue the growth of an established desk.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Screening and interviewing candidates
Building a strong network in your industry sector by attending events, utilising LinkedIn and Social Media
Liaising with clients throughout the entire recruitment process
Building strong client and candidate relationships
Building the BROOK brand and developing your own personal brand
Conducting Talent Searches
Negotiating offers with candidates and clients
Attending and running client meetings
General administration
Skills and Experience:
1 or more years Recruitment experience, either internal or agency
A proven ability to build candidate and client relationships with a consultative approach
Energy and passion to succeed
Business development experience
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
High level understanding of proactive recruitment practices, including use of LinkedIn
