Great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a large an Automotive Company in Melbourne.
Purpose
Our client is seeking a part time(3 days a week) Talent Acquisition Specialist for 12 months . This role will partner with the Human Resources team, as well as the wider business to support with all recruiting and talent sourcing activity. The person will have the opportunity to partner with many team members across the organisation to drive and support decision making and improve approaches around how they attract, engage, and hire the best and diverse talent for their business.
Note: This as a 3 days contract with the flexibility to increase hours where needed.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experiences. This includes PD creation (alongside hiring manager), advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, assessment, contracts, offers and on-boarding.
• Deliver tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract, and retain the right talent for the business needs in both the retail and HQ space.
• Partner with the wider team to provide insights, reporting and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions.
• Proactive sourcing and pipe-lining, utilising various channels to market, such as Linked In.
• Stay in touch with industry trends, best practices and implement innovative strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies Knowledge:
- Experience with Workday is essential.
- Previous experience in the Automotive industry is an added bonus.
Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
