The Role

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process for all available roles, from initial sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience;
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party labor hire providers engaged for temporary labor supply, including contract review and negotiation as required;
Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate new employee onboarding, including induction and training as necessary, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation;
International Employee Support: Coordinate international employees as required, providing them with the necessary support and guidance during their employment journey;
Documentation Management: Administer employment contracts and onboarding documents, providing assistance with letter administration to the team;
Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a talent pool to proactively fill future vacancies, ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent;
Brand Promotion: Attend events at career fairs, schools, TAFEs and other educational facilities as required to increase brand awareness and promote the organisation as an employer of choice; and
Data-Driven Insights: Provide insights, advice and recommendations to the leadership team based on data analysis, market data and recruitment trends.
About You
You should be someone who is proactive and enthusiastic about every facet of Talent Acquisition and enjoys creating processes from the ground up. Additionally, you should have:
- End to end recruitment experience with a varied portfolio;
- Experience in a similar role ideally within a heavy and complex organisation;
- Inquisitive mindset who enjoys process improvement; and
- The ability to work in the grey and take new challenges head on.
