About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing top teaching talent in schools across Australia. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Identifying and engaging with potential candidates for teaching roles.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of educators.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Collaborating with consultants to understand the needs of each school, ensuring suitable candidates are put forward for roles.
- Upholding HARKE's commitment to quality and ethical practices in all recruitment processes.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Organisational skills, with a capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A motivated and driven individual with a commitment to high standards of work.
- Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with candidates.
- Innovative thinking with a solution-focused approach.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to create engaging social posts through CANVA
