The Talent and Peoples Systems (TaPS) team is undergoing an exciting transformation and we are looking for Talent HR Administrators to support the team to establish new ways of working as we transition into a new HRIS. We are looking for team players to join BCE and provide various levels of administrative support across the team to assist in the talent acquisition with transactional data entry activities. BCE operates in a decentralised recruitment model and consist of 146+ schools with 12,000 employees and a corporate office of around 500 employees. Your focus will be to support the transition to the new HRIS undertaking various administration tasks, repetitive transactional tasks, data processing and data cleansing working across multiple systems.
About the role:
- Accurately input data into BCE systems to support recruitment and employment processes
- Prepare and post job advertisements on a range of different job boards
- Maintain multiple email inboxes and social media accounts
- Maintain accurate records and electronic records management
- Assist with data collection and reporting and budgets
- Ad hoc administration duties
About you: You will support the teams in their day-to-day operations as we undertake this transformation Your experience and qualifications will demonstrate your ability to:
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Multitask and prioritise workloads
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding
- Experience in HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems advantageous
- Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
