The role will include:
- Employing proactive and reactive methodologies for sourcing high-caliber candidates.
- Assisting with the recruitment processes, encompassing job creation, advertising, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with precision and efficiency.
- Conducting meticulous pre-employment checks.
- Spearheading lead generation initiatives for Business Development, offering valuable support to consultants pursuing opportunities.
- Managing and curating marketing materials, including the creation of weekly newsletters highlighting top-tier candidates for client consideration.
- Collaborating on and contributing to special projects in conjunction with the management team.
- Maintaining and building relationships with top-tier candidates.
- Actively participating in networking events representing MJD Recruitment to foster and expand professional connections.
Ideally, we're looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in a similar role; however, this opportunity is open to individuals from B2B client service, sales, HR, or a superstar office support specialist. The role involves diverse tasks such as candidate sourcing, interviewing, client liaison, marketing, and project collaboration. So, we're seeking someone who can juggle multiple tasks, work well in a team orientated environment with structured KPIs and targets, and is a natural when it comes to using MS Suite.
You will have a nurturing and caring approach and a willingness to learn and develop within the role, always looking to grow.You will have the ability to build authentic relationships and think outside the box along with offering a unique and exceptional experience to clients and candidates, being a true ambassador for MJD!
