Talent & Culture Consultant (Wellbeing, Health & Safety)

As a Talent & Culture Consultant for Wellbeing & Safety (H&S), you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality W&S subject matter expertise. In this role, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of timely and effective W&S products and programs and ensure that these products and programs meet the needs of the business and that ANZ meets its Wellbeing & Safety accountabilities.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Supporting W&S activities including incident response and investigation, auditing, risk assessment, W&S projects and ensuring that targets & objectives are achieved
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers & stakeholders
• Providing quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on W&S matters
• Promoting  W&S  to key stakeholders
• Reviewing the implementation of W&S products & programs across ANZ workplaces and providing feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirements

Role Location: Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide Role Type: Permanent, Full-time 
 

To be successful in this role, you will have the following knowledge, experiences and skills: 

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in Health & Safety in a large organization
• Demonstrated operational experience working in Safety and Wellbeing
• Subject matter expertise in workplace mental health and psychological risk management is advantageous
• Demonstrated experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issues
• Demonstrated experience and success building strong and collaborative working relationships
• Strong coaching, negotiating, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to influence and make a positive impact at all levels
• Tertiary qualification and prior experience in Occupation Health & Safety, or other related discipline
