The William Inglis Hotel is a five star hotel in South West Sydney who employs over 100 associates. We need a strong Talent & Culture administrator/executive to support the General Manager and Leadership Team in recruitment, employee relations and WH&S.
As part of the team, you will provide guidance and support to our leadership team on all things HR related.
Experience in writing job ads, finding great candidates and supporting with administration duties is essential.
A passion for service and an advocate for team members across all levels is critical.
Previous experience in training ideal and a desire to learn new skills and develop your career in Australia's largest hotel company.
