Sydney West Sports Medicine is a growing, multi-location, multi-disciplinary clinic throughout Western Sydney. Our team consists of Physiotherapists, Sports & Exercise Medicine Physicians, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Podiatry, Dietetics and Massage Therapy.
We are seeking full time or part time physiotherapists motivated to work as part of a dynamic, experienced, and supportive multi-disciplinary team. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in private practice with exposure to regular sports coverage. They would be interested in working with a varied client load including elite/sub-elite athletes, general population, and compensable injuries. They would be excited to be involved with sporting coverage opportunities that cover both weekday (evening) and weekend. The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator as well as strong diagnostic and treatment skills.
SWSM offer mentorship from Directors and Titled Sports Physiotherapists who have worked across elite sports for many years. We offer ongoing professional development to enhance your skill and knowledge with regular in-house education events and competitive allowance for courses.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a strong work ethic and be able to work as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude and a passion for helping people and future injury prevention.
Your essential attributes, skills and experience include:
• Appropriate undergraduate or post-graduate coursework with Physiotherapy qualification.
• AHPRA registration with no practice limitations
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail
• Flexibility to accommodate clinic demands
• Experience in both sport and musculoskeletal physiotherapy in private practice setting (at least 3 years) is preferred.
• Good manual therapy skills
