The newly formed SVHA Talent Team is expanding, and several newly created Talent Partner opportunities are available. You will be delivering a new end to end, value-add internal Talent Acquisition services to our St Vincent’s clients and candidates alike.
The following opportunities are available:
Sydney - Three (3) permanent and one (1) 12-month fixed term contract
Melbourne - One (1) 12-month fixed term contract
Brisbane - One (1) permanent
Reporting to the Talent Lead in your portfolio, you will work within hybrid model which includes a mix of working from home, the office and on site with our frontline teams building to support as best we can. Flexible working arrangements will be supported and are encouraged to ensure a healthy, work life balance.
Although these roles will work hand in hand with our entire TA & People Services team, the successful applicants will have a key focus on providing exceptional TA support to our St Vincent’s network throughout Sydney and surrounds.
You will provide and deliver an outstanding, newly created end-to-end recruitment service to hiring managers, candidates and work closely with your dedicated Talent Support colleagues to ensure a seamless process – every time.
There will be a requirement to remain flexible and move with the existing TA team through a time of change as we embed our national way of working, which will include encouraging, supporting and educating hiring managers and their support networks on best practise recruitment, all whilst processing the end-to-end steps to ensure the best hiring outcome. A true, high volume, exciting, value-adding internal TA, generalised role.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, confident using all Microsoft programs (including Excel), Teams, knowing your way around recruitment systems and the importance of why using standardised templates and communications is key to quality and consistent service
You have successfully held an internal, high-volume TA / Recruitment position in a large, multisite organisation (ideally health)
Exposure to providing and supporting a newly developed function and TA service, where education, training and partnering in a new way becomes the norm
Your demonstrated skills will include managing the end to end recruitment process, behavioural interview techniques, creating job ads and exploring appropriate advertising streams, strategic sourcing know-how including passive market and head hunting, SEEK Talent searching, contingency recruitment planning and implementation, application screening, shortlisting, scheduling of interviews, hiring recommendation, offer negotiation, recruitment administration, building and arranging assessment centre and bulk recruitment days, proactive pipeline/forecasting, onboarding and more
