Chief Financial Officer

As a key member of the Executive team, you will work side by side with the CEO in the delivery of the organisation’s strategic plan as well as special projects and strong commercial governance.
  
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the management of all aspects of the organisation’s financial and accounting functions.
• To provide high level reporting and sound advice to senior management on the financial activities of the organisation’s residential aged care, retirement living facilities and investment/treasury functions.
• To produce and present to management a comprehensive suite of timely and accurate financial reports and analyses.
• To work with external auditors and accountants to ensure all financial obligations and reporting are met.
• Responsible for development and oversight of sound controls to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial information.
• Responsible for organisation’s Investment strategy and portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated 5+ years in experience in a senior financial position in a medium sized business. You will have developed a solid understanding of key financial triggers that will drive the success of the group. Your knowledge of financial modelling and feasibility analysis will ensure you are seriously considered.

To compliment your tertiary qualifications, you will be a natural people leader who can work closely with Directors, Executives and internal line managers alike to understand the importance of strong financial management.
