About the role:
- Building strong candidate relationships and talent pools
- Creating compelling job advertisements on job platforms including Seek and LinkedIn
- Searching and networking on job platforms to identify potential candidates
- Reviewing and managing a high volume of resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates
- Conducting phone screens and assessing candidates experience, skills and suitability for specific positions
- Coordinating Assessment centres and scheduling group and individual interviews
- Providing interview feedback to candidates
- Responding to candidate enquires
- Maintaining applicant tracking systems
- Establish and maintain strong effective collaborations with relevant stakeholders both internal and external
About you:
- Demonstrated passion for delivering and outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
- The ability to manage high volumes of applicants
- Familiarity with recruitment best practises and industry trends
- Strong knowledge o f applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
