We are currently looking for a Talent & HR Specialist to support the planning, implementation and data consolidation and analysis of cyclical talent processes and new talent initiatives. These initiatives will be delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets to ensure stakeholders have the information they require to effectively implement talent processes and initiatives.
In this newly created role, the preferred candidate will support the development and implementation of talent acquisition and talent management events and initiatives. Talent Management life-cycle activities will be coordinated through effective planning, data analytics and data interpretation, coordination of implementation and communication activities to deliver a successful talent management lifecycle.
Talent Acquisition activities and planning will include but not limited to recruitment career events, testing requirements for talent systems and maintenance of various toolkits, templates and guides relevant for the divisions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Support the planning, implementation and data consolidation and analysis of cyclical talent processes and new talent initiatives.
- Be the point of contact for internal and external career sites.
- Attend internal and external careers events to support the Enterprise and divisional requirements Enterprise and divisional, internal, and external recruitment and career events.
- Support our divisional recruitment teams with specific recruitment campaigns linked to attracting new talent to the business.
- Cyclical talent management processes such as performance reviews and succession planning
- Prepare, coordinate and be involved in an annual event calendar that supports both the enterprise and divisional parts of the business.
- Be the point of contact for triaging internal and external enquiries and support with coordinating outcomes.
- Consolidate and analyse data from cyclical talent management processes to enable enterprise and individual team view of process outcomes.
- Establish and maintain processes to monitor and analyse relevant data to provide assessment and insights into MTMs performance in relation to talent acquisition and talent management processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve and simplify talent processes.
- Support the development of collateral and communications materials for cyclical and new talent initiatives to ensure stakeholders understand the rationale for action and the requirements of their role to effectively implement the initiatives.
- Maintain toolkits, templates, guides and talent information required for cyclical and new talent initiatives to ensure content is fit for purpose, current and accurate.
- Any other duties specified by management that could support the wider team.
About You
- The successful candidate will have a relevant Tertiary qualification in Human resources or relevant experience in HR and Talent.
- Will have strong analytical skills and have the ability to distil complex data and analytics into easily understood information leaders can utilise to inform business decisions.
- Experience in planning and managing implementation of talent programs and initiatives.
- Proven track record of solving complex and/or technical HR related business issues using a variety of innovative approaches to drive culture, change, high performance, customer & employee experience & safety.
- Possess organising, analytical, evaluative and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using various report writing techniques, analytical ability and critical thinking with the enthusiasm to work autonomously.
