About the role
We are looking for Tasting Room Sales Assistants to work across a flexible 7 day rotating roster, weekend and Public Holiday work availability is essential.
You will assist the DTC/Tasting Room Manager in the day to day operation of the Tasting Room and provide our guests with a memorable tasting experience.
About you
You will have a passion for wine, food and great customer service. You will establish strong relationships with staff in other areas of the business, including restaurant and kitchen teams.
We are looking for someone who is excited to work in a family owned, well established business who will enhance our team environment.
Experience would be advantageous, but not essential as our skilled team will provide all the necessary training required for you to undertake the role successfully.
Key requirements:
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification is mandatory
- Competent serving guests in a professional manner
- Sound knowledge of wine and food
- Strong computer skills
- Customer focused and service driven
- Work experience in a similar role/industry and use of POS systems and practices would be an advantage
