Tax Accountant

Main responsibilities include:

• Deliver accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Prepare distribution calculations, superannuation fund tax calculations, and tax returns.
• Develop and review client reporting templates.
• Respond to client queries with professional and intelligent solutions.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk policies.
• Support projects, including testing tax templates and updating procedures.
• Participate in team deliverables and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

The ideal candidate:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA) required. 
• Knowledge of tax accounting for financial instruments, trusts, or superannuation funds.
• Familiarity with fund accounting and compliance requirements.
• Experience with central accounting systems and producing reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
