What You Will Do
- Liaise with clients, other lawyers, accountants, and colleagues.
- Prepare and provide tax advice on a myriad of tax issues and for a variety of clients ranging from SME’s, property developers, high net worth individuals and professionals.
- Preparation of objections to the ATO and Revenue NSW.
- Preparation of Applications for private rulings with the ATO and Revenue NSW.
- Running tax dispute matters in NCAT, AAT, Supreme Court, and Federal Court
- Work closely with the Director of the firm.
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your profile though the preparation of articles and presentations at networking events including firm hosted seminars.
