About the role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Attending conferences with and taking instructions from clients.
Collaborating with senior and junior solicitors in all types of litigious matters.
Preparing detailed briefs and liaising with junior & senior counsel.
Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and any other court documents for matters in all levels of courts in all states and territories.
Taking carriage of matters and running Court proceedings with a high level of autonomy.

Skills and experience
A current practising certificate
Experience in working in a similar position at a reputable law firm
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
A collaborative work ethic
