Taxation Officer

Eden Ritchie is seeking a Taxation Officer to prepare income tax returns and other statutory compliance documents, and to assist in the provision of timely and appropriate business support and advice to customers in the area of financial and taxation accounting services. This position reports to the Principal Taxation Officers.

• 3 month contract
• Brisbane CBD location

As the Taxation Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of income tax returns to review stage in accordance with set productivity benchmarks.
• Assisting in the provision of sound and accurate advice in the area of financial and taxation accounting services.
• Use of information systems to provide service and advice to stakeholders.
• Assisting with the audit, review, investigation, and appraisal of systems and program evaluation.
• Contributing to a positive and safe work environment by modelling conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical.
