We are seeking Investigation Officers to join our Investigations and Enforcement team within the Tax Practitioners Board.As an Investigation Officer, you’ll undertake investigations into registered and unregistered tax practitioners under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA). You’ll also investigate alleged breaches of the Code of Professional Conduct, eligibility requirements and civil penalty provisions that govern their professional and ethical obligations.You will follow existing processes and are encouraged to make suggestions for improvement.
