We are recruiting creative and motivated Pastry Chefs, with demonstrated experience in pastry production to join our team. You will be working with our main pastry team.
The position is full time with an attractive salary package that also offers good work and life balance opportunities.
Job Details:
- Solid experience and knowledge with at least 2 years of experience
- Extensive experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Understand pastry production, and experience working with mousse, choux pastry, and layered cakes
- Chocolate tempering skill
- Relevant qualification/experience required
- Daily preparation for kitchen service
- Inventory Control
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with NSW food safety regulations.
- Supervise preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Provide input in menu development
*To be eligible for an Australian Apprenticeship you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Apprentices will receive formal training and support from day one.
