We are seeking to appoint an Early Childhood Teacher, in Pre-Kindy (0.2 FTE) replacing a teacher on leave for Term 3, 2024.
St Patrick's Primary School, Fremantle, is a vibrant, co-educational, single-stream primary school, catering for students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year Six.
The model of schooling offered by St Patrick’s is underpinned by the Gospel values and encourages students to strive to do their best in all facets of school life. Our Early Childhood Centre caters for Three-Year-Old Pre-Kindergarten, Four-Year-Old Kindergarten and Pre-Primary students.
Selection Criteria
1. An educator committed to excellence and fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
2. A working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and progressive early years pedagogy to promote best practice.
3. Evidence of data-informed teaching practice through the application of continuous monitoring strategies of achievement practices.
Qualifications Required
1. Relevant four year tertiary qualification.
2. Registered with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
2. A valid Working with Children Check Card in Western Australia.
3. Accreditation to Teach Religious Education or ability to obtain.
