About the role
We are looking to appoint an experienced Geography Teacher to join the Walford team in Semester 2 2024 - approximately 0.5 FTE.
Working collaboratively with the Head of Humanities, the successful candidate will deliver an innovative and engaging curriculum which enables each Walford student to flourish and achieve her best in a way that is best suited to her.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience and excellence in teaching Geography.
- Highly skilled in differentiating, ensuring that each Walford student is given the opportunity to achieve her best, her way.
- A readiness to join and contribute to a passionate team of education professionals.
- A willingness to support the School's values and Anglican ethos.
- South Australian Teacher Registration.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care (Fundamentals and Masterclass).
- First Aid Certificate.
