Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track students in the NCCD register, ensuring necessary adjustments for academic success.
- Assist in identifying students for inclusion in the NCCD register.
- Build positive relationships with staff to optimize the learning environment for DDA students.
- Support Engagement and Wellbeing teams for holistic student support.
- Foster a culture of differentiation through professional development.
- Develop strategies to amplify student voice.
- Identify QDTP potential students for inclusion in the NCCD register.
- Support the academic referral system for students.
- Collaborate on appropriate interventions for QDTP students.
- Track attendance and progress of QDTP students.
- Processing AARA requests
- Liaise and support the Engagement and Wellbeing teams.
- Support collaborative team growth.
- Liaise and support in case management meetings as needed.
- Support inclusion in supplementary interventions.
- Develop student voice strategies with Student Leaders of Inclusion.
