With an immediate start for an experienced
Team Assistant to support the project team with one of their project sites in Frankston for a 2-month temporary contract. Working for one of the world’s leading property firms You will be play a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for key stakeholders, and provide a range of administrative support to a major project.
Key responsibilities
- Extensive diary and email management
- Extensive meeting management
- Stakeholder management
- Preparing documentation
- Preparing sales reports
- Updating contracts
About you: - Previous Team Assistant/PA experience is essential
- A proactive and confident nature
- Ability to prioritise your work while working under pressure
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
