MAYDAY Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Team Assistant to support a very busy Partner and two Consultants for a growing executive search firm. - Offer administrative and project support to the partners and consultants
- Manage financial support tasks, including invoicing and forecast support
- Handle diary management, meeting scheduling, client and candidate cimmunication
- Assist in business project support and management team travel arrangements
- Execute assignment-related tasks, including database management and administrative functions
- Engage with candidates and clients throughout the end-to-end process, arranging interviews, obtaining relevant documentation, and maintaining transparent communication
- Expense and financial management
- Project management of search assignments
- General admin support as required by the team
- 1-2+ years of Team Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
- High-level computer literacy and confidence with software applications such as Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), Google, LinkedIn, etc
- Rigorous, methodical, and efficient in approach, with the ability to multi-task effortlessly, effectively, and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing expectations of stakeholders and manage time and workload effectively
- Superior oral and written communication skills including telephone, client service and email communication
- Strong listening, interpretation, influencing, interaction and questioning skills
- Aptitude to work with all levels of professionals in the firm who have varied styles of practice
