The Responsibility
This role requires you to provide administrative support to leading sales agents and their small teams. Responsibilities include:
- Manage preparation of all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process
- Support management of agent databases, tagging buyers and adding new contacts into the system
- Preparing the Agents for listing and appraisal presentations
- Diary Management for the high performing team
- Attending marketing meeting (photoshoot etc) and arranging all collateral
- Organising and preparing the team for open houses & auctions
- Building relationships and liaising with clients, internal teams and third party suppliers
- Database management & compiling reports
We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in residential real estate. A Certificate of Registration and a valid driver’s license are essential. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, and adept at operating in a fast-paced environment, handling stakeholder interactions with ease. You should be able to quickly adapt to new processes, maintain a customer-centric approach, and present yourself professionally. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management are crucial.
