What this job involves:
Incredible opportunity for an Executive Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our Agency team at X Commercial.
Snapshot of the role:
- Coordination of Marketing Materials. Preparing submissions and property brochures.
- Communication: Directly with the sales and leasing agents and external suppliers.
- Correspondence: Compose and prepare various correspondence (sometimes highly confidential).
- General Assistance: Provide ad hoc administrative assistance and general business/organizational guidance to the account staff.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, some real estate experience is required you’ll have experience providing high-level administrative support to agency teams.
- Skills Required: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Organizational Skills: Highly developed with the ability to work under pressure.
- Team Player: Work autonomously within a sociable team environment with a proactive work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
