Who We're Looking For:
This is a role for a smart and motivated Team Assistant who likes to understand the big picture and can think ahead to anticipate the needs of a CTO and team. Highly proactive and confident, you will have a strong ability to read the play, and follow through with a high degree of accuracy.
Your day to day would look something like:
- Supporting the Chief Technology Officer by providing full calendar management and assistance with managing and responding to emails on their behalf
- Meeting scheduling with internal and external stakeholders, invite management and equipment setup
- Coordinating team meetings and events and taking follow up actions
- Preparing high quality documents including PowerPoint presentations and internal business communications on behalf of the CTO and team
- Coordinating regular team reporting, managing team collateral and knowledge management processes in line with business standards
- Supporting hiring and onboarding processes in the Technology team including scheduling interviews and assisting in onboarding of new team members
- Making travel arrangements and assisting in coordination of offsite events and workshops
- Being the go-to person for the Technology team members for ad-hoc requests

- Previous experience in a team administration or personal assistant role
- Experience working with technology/software development teams is a bonus
